1. Control system
This series of packaging machine adopts German Siemens touch screen, PLC and stepping control system, and is equipped with original German puxu vacuum pump. The whole machine has the advantages of convenient intelligent adjustment through man-machine interface, high stepping accuracy, coordinated action and high degree of automation.
2. Fully functional
(1) Color film or light film coating can be selected on the same equipment;
(2) It can be equipped with automatic code printing / inkjet system according to the packaging requirements of users' products;
(3) According to the user's product packaging requirements, on the basis of vacuum pumping, N2, 02 and CO2 mixed gas or single gas can be filled, and the gas mixing ratio can be easily adjusted by the gas regulating controller;
(4) The equipment is equipped with phase failure protection system, leakage protection system and phase sequence protection system to avoid equipment damage caused by power failure, leakage and manual operation errors, and ensure the personal safety of operators;
(5) The equipment is equipped with an automatic deviation correction system for the upper and lower molds, which automatically senses the accurate direction of the covering film and the bottom film through the computer, and timely adjusts the uneven winding end face of the covering film material in the production process, so as to improve the product packaging appearance and avoid the waste of film materials.
